Für den Windows Server 2012 Essentials wird von Microsoft her direkt eine Unterstützung für BDA Hard/Software angeboten, es muss jedoch nachträglich das Windows Server Essentials Media Pack installiert werden, da ansonsten die BDA Schnittstelle fehlt.
