Sollte es nach einem Update von Windows 10 zu dem Phänomen kommt das DD-TV nicht mehr startet, könnte es an einem fehlerhaften Windows 10 Update liegen, welches durch einspielen des nachfolgenden Updates seitens Microsoft behoben werden soll:
